husband and I are headed out of town for the weekend.
He's got business in San Antonio. So while he is working I get to spend all day at a nice hotel on the riverwalk doing anything I want.....awesome!
the best part is that we're leaving tonight so we can spend all day tomorrow kayaking down the Guadalupe River.
Since we're such awesome people, I'm sure our kayak experience will look like this:
although its most likely to be more of a lazy river kind of day:
either way we get to finish it all off with the Gristmill.
I love you Texas. I'll be sure and say hello to the Alamo....cause we must always remember

HA!
Monday, Joel went to Schlitterbaun with his friends from school. On the way down, they saw a sign for the Gristmill. Joel said, "Ooh! We've got to go to the Gristmill afterward. That place is the bomb!"
He said all day long his friends made a big joke about him and The Gristmill. It was a noun. It was a verb. It was an adjective. But they went and then Joel had the last laugh! They loved it of course! "cuz it's the BEST!!
